J. Stephen Waterfill

Steve entered the insurance business after graduation from the University of Kentucky. He has a broad mix of customers that have provided insight into numerous areas. Construction, Distributors, Health Care, Oil and Gas, Service Industry, Tool Makers are but a few of the areas that he has gained experience. He has worked to become the “Insurance Department” for his commercial customers and assists in their employee benefits, life insurance, etc. He also works with customers to provide personal insurance, including homeowner’s, automobile, excess liability, etc.

Steve enjoys golf, fishing, bird hunting and hiking.

Steve has served on various non-profit Boards as well as service to his Church. He was a past member of Rotary where he served as President and also a “Paul Harris Fellow.”

Steve returned to Nelson Insurance Agency in July, 2010.
